Do you know what caught my eye about the font "Oswald" that I use for my header? Oswald is the first name of Batman Villain, Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, AKA The Penguin. That's how it's been my entire life. For some reason, from the moment I turned seven, I have been obsessed with Batman. The amount of Batman stuff I own literally fills a room that I call the Batcave- clever, right?
However, in the past few years, I've turned my love of the Caped Crusader into something of a side gig as a Batmanologist. I run a Batman-history Instagram account with over 12k followers and growing every day. I have interviewed on multiple podcasts about the character, written articles for major websites; I am working on a book and in April, I will speak about Batman's history in animation at a Batman conference at the Bowling Green State University.
